Description:
The Restoule area has a healthy population of black bears with the hunters sighting more bears each year. Recently 77 bears were sighted by 10 hunters and this past year 13 hunters shot 11 bears, and sighted over 40. The method of hunting black bears is over baits using portable tree stands. Many of the baits are in thick bush so be prepared to set up your tree stand anywhere from 10-30 yards from the bait. |
